My Anzac poem

    Thank you for sharing your poem, I love that even though your poem was short, there is a level of depth in the words that you chose, ‘The sound of guns firing and dead silence’ was particularly strong as well as the reference to the fact that even though war destroys so much, it cannot destroy the friendship and loyalty that the soldiers had for each other.
